At ‘The Learning Cove’, we are committed to maintaining affordable childcare for our families. Find information below about how to pay, when to pay and out current fees.
How to pay:
Invoices will be sent out at the end of the 2nd week each month. All payments are made through monthly Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
When to pay:
All Tuition Fees are due on or before the first of each month (i.e. September 1).

We also accept the government 'Affordable Childcare' subsidy. Eligible families can apply for funding to help cover childcare costs through BC’s Affordable Child Care Benefit.
The Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) is a provincial program that helps eligible families with the cost of childcare. Factors such as income, family size and type of care determine how much support families can receive. Families need to renew their application every year.

Please note that families receiving the ACCB are responsible for all ‘Learning Cove’ Child Care fees, even if their ACCB claim expires, they no longer meet eligibility requirements, or their claim is denied. Families receiving the ACCB should pay particular attention to the attendance requirements outlined in the benefit’s regulations.
